A few months ago, AOC Archaeology Group hosted an evening event about the preliminary findings of the excavation of a potential Neolithic timber hall, the first discovery of this type to be made in Moray, commissioned by William Grant & Sons!, hosted an event in the Village Hall to update us on what they discovered during the development of the William Grant & Sons Project.
Claimed by Dig It as one of 2023’s biggest discoveries, we will learn more as they process the discoveries made at this site… from Neolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age, this is an amazing find!
